Job requirements
As a Product Manager at straiv, you will be responsible for driving the vision and development of our Guest App.
What you’ll do
Defining the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's objectives and the needs of the hotel tech industry.
Leading product discovery efforts to identify strategic initiatives that create long lasting customer impact and high business value for the company.
Continuously researching the market and monitoring trends from the industry to further develop our solutions.
Leading the end-to-end feature development process, from ideation and planning to release and post-launch evaluation.
Coordinating with external partners and customers to constantly improve our solution.
Working closely with our Engineering team to define and prioritize business requirements and drive overall product delivery activities.
Establishing and maintaining optimal communication with our business stakeholders (Customer Experience, Sales and Marketing teams).
What you bring
At least 3 years of professional experience working as a Product Manager, or in a comparable position
Prior experience working with a successful consumer facing product with high traffic
Familiarity with customer interviews, design thinking, A/B testing, software development processes and agile methodologies
Strong knowledge of consumer behaviors, psychology and product innovation techniques
Understanding of the hotel tech industry is a plus
Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and comprehensibly.
A critical mindset and the ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus.
A valid work permit for Germany
